Publishing to the Community Gallery is optional and requires explicit confirmation. By publishing, you grant us a limited, revocable license to host and display the generated artwork through the Service, including on a public creator profile identified by a default handle. The handle does not display your account name or email address. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for the depicted content. You may unpublish your artwork at any time.

We may hide or remove community artwork that is reported, violates these Terms, infringes rights, exposes private information, or creates a safety risk. Repeated unique reports may automatically hide an entry pending review. Misuse of reporting tools is prohibited.

Signed-in users may like and comment on published artwork using their public handle. Comments must be respectful, relevant, and must not contain spam, harassment, unlawful material, or private information. Comment authors may delete their comments, artwork creators may remove comments from their artwork, and we may hide or remove reported comments. Misuse of engagement or reporting tools is prohibited.

5.4 Our Platform

The Pencil Art AI platform, including our website design, features, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
